Jodi Lee Orndorff – Director of Sales

I have been with Capital Party Rentals for 17 years now. I was a Senior Sales Executive for 16 years, and have recently transitioned into the position of Director of Sales. I studied at Shepherd College, in West Virginia, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. I have cultivated relationships with many clients over the years and have enjoyed the friendships I have made along the way. In my free time I can be found crafting, road biking, and traveling!

I am originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, but I have lived in the DMV for 30 years. I’ve worked in the event industry for four years now. I love working on large outdoor field festivals, and specialize in college events, festivals, races, concerts, and weddings.

Jason Desaulniers - Senior Sales Executive

I have been with Capital Party Rentals for 9 years. I feel as if I'm well rounded in our store as I've done many different jobs here. I started out as an inside sales representative for 5 years, then transitioned into the position of event manager for the next two years. I eventually moved into the senior Sales Executive position, which I've done for the past two years. I have a large client base and enjoy working with all different type of events from weddings to festivals. In my free time, I can be found out on the trails walking my dogs and mountain biking!

Aisha Malik Rodriguez

Aisha Malik Rodriguez – Sales Executive

Born and raised in Fairfax County, I’m a true-blue Virginian. I personally like clean lines and am obsessive with everything being symmetrical, however, I don’t like to interject my opinions to my clients because I don’t want to taint their visions. Every client has a style and when I am assisting in their event I want their design/style/vision to come out. So, I keep my opinions to myself until they are ready. I have done everything from very small backyard events, weddings, corporate, non-profit, LARGE music festivals, other festivals, government, galas, you name it, I’ve done it! Even a divorce party!

Don Berger – Sales Executive

Don Berger – Senior Sales Executive

I have been in the special event industry for 48 years now! I started out owning my own rental company for 13 years where I mentored many of our staff who are working in the industry today! I would say I have the most experience with rentals in the government sector, where I have done multiple events at the White House and assisted with multiple inaugural events over the years. In my free time, I enjoy spending time boating at Lake Anna with my wife, kids and grandkids.

La'Toya Walker – Senior Sales Executive

I have been with Capital Party Rentals for 4 years now. I like to think I am a well rounded employee. I started out in the Inside Sales position, quickly transitioning to the Event Manager position, and recently have moved to the Senior Sales Executive position. I manage many different clients and am no stranger to being on-site for my installs and pulling all-nighters to keep my customers happy! In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball and spending time with my two sons!

Rachel Kemp – Sales Executive

I am a born and raised DC/Northern Virginian. I’ve been with the company for two and a half years and this is my first job in the industry. There is an abundance of beautiful architecture in Washington D.C., and most buildings let you rent spaces - which I love. I also love the barn weddings that Virginia farmland is perfect for. The pictures are always stunning. I’m really a chameleon when it comes to design style, and I think different styles work for different events and it’s fun to see the customer's personality in the design. I love mixing hard and soft textures.

I live in Maryland and have been in the area for over 30 years but I am not a native. My father was in the Marine Corp so we traveled a lot. I’ve worked in this industry for 25+ years. The events I have the most experience in are street festivals and weddings.

I have over 25 years in management experience. I studied business management at IUPUI Indiana and BCC Florida. I have been with Capital Party Rentals for 4 years now, managing our ops and sales teams with a strong focus on team work! In my free time, I enjoys fishing, hunting and country music!
