I love Curated Event Rentals! I’ve used them on several occasions.The sales rep are always nice and the process to rent is easy. Recently , I rented a bar and margarita glasses for my Christmas party and the bar room was a hit! The only thing I wish is that they have more than one option for bar cover linen. They only have black. I ended up buying white linen to match my theme.

After submitting for a quote online, I called and was connected with Jessie. She was extremely helpful! After that initial call, we engaged several times via email. One of the items I really wanted was not available for my event so I chose a different item(she sent me photos of different options). I was later able to find the item I really wanted with a different vendor. When I reached out to inform Jessie that I found it elsewhere and that I'd need my contract amended, she was almost as happy as I was that I'd found what I really wanted! That was so sweet! In planning my event, I'd call a few other rental companies and I can tell you very few had the customer focus and friendliness like Jessie.I opted to pick up my order and asked to say hello when I arrived. Jessie was just a warm and welcoming in person. The process of pick up and return was easy. I'd definitely do business with Curated Events again!

My wife and I recently used Curated Events DC for our 250 person wedding, and worked with them for all of our rental needs. From the large 50 x 90 tent with lighting, to the specialty chairs and linens, staging and dancefloor to the beautiful china, each and every single item arrived in pristine condition. Working with the Curated Events DC team was a breeze from our initial inquiry to the day of the event setup, each person was kind, communicative and pleasant to work with. We worked with Jodi and Margaret on the sales side, and Chris and Miguel on the day of install, and everyone was incredibly helpful and hardworking. We felt the value was excellent for the quality, and Curated Events DC offers a unique and diverse variety of rental offerings. 10/10 would recommend and work with this team and company again. Curated Events DC did an amazing job and definitely delivered. We had a 500 guest count and their sales rep, Amber G., did an amazing job accommodating our needs. Amber made the process seamless and easy. Her customer service was unmatched and I will definitely use them for all my future events.

They make it so easy for our clients to reserve a tent in the chance of poor weather and take care of the set up and break down.
