RENTAL FEES — Most prices quoted are for a one-day event. Weekend events are considered one day. If you desire to use rental items for a longer period of time, we have weekly rates and monthly rates available for your convenience. All charges are for time out, whether equipment is used or not.

DELIVERY — When you receive party items they are “table ready.” We sterilize all glassware, china and flatware for your protection. To avoid an additional cleaning charge (30% of order), please return clean and in provided containers. Note: Wrap dirty linens in a tablecloth to prevent mildew. Never use plastic bags or fold damp cloths.

DELIVERY CHARGES — Prices for delivery are quoted “round trip.” The standard rate includes ground floor, tailgate/loading dock delivery. Equipment is left stacked, ready for set up. Each delivery area has a minimum rental fee required. Additional fees may apply to buildings with security check points.

SPECIAL REQUESTS — Special delivery instructions or set up requirements will be quoted on an individual basis. When your order requires special instructions, please let us know beforehand. Special requests include:
    • other than ground floor/tailgate delivery
    • set-up and take-down of equipment
    • limited access facilities
    • office buildings or apartment building complexes with freight elevators
    • banquet halls
    • club houses
    • special delivery time
With advance notice special requests present no difficulty. An additional fee is charged for such requests. When placing your order, please explain the particular delivery requirements to your event consultant.

RESERVATIONS - Are recommended well in advance to insure your equipment will be available. A minimum deposit of $25.00 is required when an order is placed. Reservations totalling $100.00 or more are subject to a 50% deposit. Credit card numbers are often used in lieu of cash or check deposits.

SECURITY DEPOSIT — This is a refundable fee of no less than $50.00 or 50% of your rental charges. If all equipment is returned in the condition in which it was rented, we will gladly refund this fee to you. Please allow 2 weeks for return of cash/check deposits.
